I am patient, compassionate, friendly, and skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I understand the importance of learning about your loved one's preferences and history. I communicate regularly with families using their preferred method, whether through daily reports, texts, or phone calls. I also have CPR Training.
