I am a responsible and compassionate caregiver with hands-on experience providing care for my elderly parents. This experience has given me a strong understanding of the physical and emotional needs of seniors, as well as patience, attentiveness, and reliability in daily care routines. I am in excellent physical shape and lead an active lifestyle, which allows me to comfortably assist with mobility support, errands, and general caregiving tasks. In my free time, I also teach swimming lessons, which reflects my ability to work with people, stay calm in different situations, and provide clear instruction. I am CPR and First Aid certified, ensuring that I can respond appropriately in emergency situations. I am committed to providing safe, respectful, and supportive care for seniors, with a focus on dignity, comfort, and well-being.
