A mom with young adults and teenage kids has definitely seen all there is to see around children of every stage. Talking about adults and the elderly, I've also been around them, family, and clients at various times in my years of experience. Officially, I have 5 years of experience as a very compassionate and adaptable caregiver who goes above and beyond to work around her client's needs. "Empathy" and "Patience" are two of my most cherished qualities because they make me see beyond each client's challenges as I figure out the best way forward that is in their best interest. I communicate well with the other team members of my client's care team (family, other caregivers, and providers) for a better outcome.
