### About My Experience with Children with Autism I have three years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), supporting children with autism in both center-based and in-home settings. Throughout this experience, I have helped children develop communication and social skills, build independence, and work toward individualized behavioral and developmental goals. I understand that every child has unique strengths, needs, and ways of experiencing the world, and I approach each child with patience, compassion, and respect. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and encouraging environment where children feel understood, valued, and confident exploring new skills. I enjoy celebrating each child's progress, no matter how big or small, and working collaboratively with families to support their child's growth and well-being.
