About Ieva

As a compassionate and patient childcare provider, I bring years of hands-on experience in early childhood development and family support. My background includes working as a classroom aide, providing ABA therapy for children with autism, and serving as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), where I've collaborated closely with families to create a nurturing and structured environment for children with developmental disabilities. I am committed to fostering children's growth by engaging in enriching activities, supporting early literacy development, and ensuring their well being through attentive care. My experience includes teaching daily living skills, preparing meals and snacks, maintaining sleep schedules, organizing play activities, both at home and in the community, helping with academic curriculum as well as individualized treatment plans.
