I'm a licensed educator and experienced behavioral health specialist with a builder's mindset and a deep belief that people can grow. My work sits at the intersection of education, relationships, and resilience-supporting children and teens through special education, literacy, math, and social-emotional learning while helping create environments where people feel capable and understood. Outside of work, I bring that same intentionality into everyday life. I enjoy creating meaningful experiences, whether that's designing learning spaces, planning themed evenings, leading thoughtful discussions, exploring scripture, or finding practical ways to care for the people (and dogs) in my life. I balance structure with creativity and tend to look for connection, growth, and a little humor along the way. I am someone who doesn't just ask, "How do we get through this?"-I ask, "How do we build something better from here?"
