I had a really good phone conversation/interview with Idda. We had scheduled a day to start working together. When the day came to start the morning shift she was a no call no show. I reached out to her to check on her, and to see if she was going to show for the shift. No response to a text message and phone call went straight to voicemail. Unfortunate
