Ida has been the caregiver for my grandaughter for eight months, since she was just 7 months old, and she has been a wonderful presence in her life from the very beginning. Ida is loving, warm and kind, and my grandaughter felt completely comfortable with her right away. It was clear to our whole family that Ida truly cares about the children she looks after. She is also very safety-conscious, which gave us great peace of mind. We always felt confident that our grandaughter was in very capable and attentive hands. Ida goes above and beyond by proactively finding enriching activities. She regularly took my grandaughter to things like library story time and other age-appropriate outings that supported her social and developmental growth. The only reason she is seeking a new position is because my daughter and her husband are moving out of the city. Any family would be very fortunate to have Ida caring for their child.
