Unfortunately, I was not able to hire Idalia.  We set up a walk through, which we confirmed via the message service on Care.com.  I rearranged my evening for the walk through.  However, at the time we set up, Idalia did not arrive.  After 40min of waiting (I kept thinking she would still be arriving), I messaged her and asked if she was still coming.  I heard nothing.  After 60min I sent another message and again heard nothing. It's been 4 hours and I've never received a response to my messages or a text or a phone call.  I understand things come up and plans can change, but she had my phone number (to call or text) and was able to contact me via the message service in Care.com.  She did none of those things.  She also never responded to my messages.  As I said, I rearranged my evening for this meeting and she did not show up and was unreachable.  She may be a very good housekeeper.  I cannot speak to that. I can only share that she was unresponsive and did not show up for our meeting.

Idalia and her team does a wonderful job! I love how clean they leave our home. Thank you so much. We couldn't be happier. They even more things to get the dust underneath. I would definitely recommend messaging her and trying them out

Idalia, has been incredible so far. Her attention to detail is second to none. She takes care of my house weekly and has started taking care of my office daily. She is efficient and trustworthy! I would recommend her to anyone.

I am so happy we found Idalia on this website. She is hard working and super thorough when she cleans and pays attention to detail. She actually moves things around and cleans underneath everything leaving the house smelling fresh and clean!
