We call Ida our angel sent to us because she was the most supportive and wonderful CNA during her time helping our family. We hired her for a week of care while I was out so my brother could have extra support taking care of our mom who's recovering from a stroke. Ida was so kind, caring, lovely, and knowledgeable. She was always punctual, patient, and cheerful, which really made our mom feel comfortable and cared for. My brother really appreciates Ida's help and I'm so grateful she was able to be there for us.
