I previously worked full time at the Arc of Baltimore over 15 yrs. with developmentally challenged seniors with special needs. I also worked part time for Catholic Charities at Frances X Gallagher Services for 9 years with challenged individuals with special needs of varied ages. I . My goal is to be an advocate for them and assist them in order to ensure that that they get the services that they need and deserve. My work experience has changed over the years but I have remained consistent in working with individuals with delays or other special needs challenges. Presently I work for Baltimore County Public School System with children who have special needs and have been employed with them for almost 5 years. We go above and beyond daily to ensure that their needs are meet and that they receive the best care. This includes receiving an education and I enjoy it even with its challenges.
