About Ian
Experience: 10 yrs
Bringing a decade of experience working with children as a Montessori assistant teacher, I'm passionate about creating a nurturing and engaging environment for your children. I am patient, creative, and positive while caring for children. I enjoy outdoor and indoor activities, especially art projects. I can cook for them if necessary. I also enjoy reading books to kids. I am also First Aid and CPR Trained. I always follow the parents' preferred communication method and household guidelines. I have a college degree and have completed Early Child Development coursework. Knowing I can make a positive impact on your children's lives, and support your family, brings me joy!
Most recent review
I’ve had the pleasure of watching Ian guide children between the ages of 18 months through adolescence for a decade. My own children have been inspired by and benefited from Ian’s knowledge of the art of story writing and his expert approach to education. He is not only trained in early childhood and Montessori education but he is also kind, patient, empathetic, trustworthy, loyal, mindful, and deeply committed to honoring the spirit of the child. I would recommend him to any post involving the care and guidance of children.
