University of Idaho Children's Center // Teacher's Assistant January 2021 - September 2021 Kaleidoscope Children's Development Center // Teacher's Assistant May 2018 - March 2020 My experience as a childcare provider consists of a variety of environments, needs, and resources. I have tutored second-language English-speaking students, worked as a teacher's assistant at multiple preschools, and served in less formal environments like summer camps and babysitting gigs. This breadth of experiences showcases my ability to adapt my approach so that the care I provide is suitable for its environment, and age/developmentally appropriate. Working in childcare is aligned with my goals because I am able to assist the development of new skills and understandings in other people. There are few things more fulfilling to me than seeing someone grow into their own self-directed person and knowing that I played a positive role in that process.
