We had the absolute pleasure of having Hyacinth (Hy) as part of our family for the past two years and four months, and we truly cannot speak highly enough of her. From the very beginning, she showed incredible warmth, reliability, and professionalism. She cared for our children with so much love and attention, and it was clear every day that this was more than just a job to her—it was a calling. Hy created a nurturing and structured environment where our children thrived emotionally, socially, and developmentally. She brought creative activities into our daily routine, encouraged learning through play, and always prioritized safety and well-being. She was also a wonderful communicator, always keeping us informed and making sure we were aligned on everything from meals to milestones. Beyond her exceptional care for our child, Hy became a trusted and valued part of our household. Her positive energy, patience, and professionalism will be deeply missed. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have her. We wholeheartedly recommend Hy without hesitation. We adore and love her and we will miss her terribly. She is truly the best and anyone would be lucky to have her.
