I worked all last summer at a Camp for Developmental disabled kids, teens, and adults. I worked at a Camp for All in Burton, Texas for kids with physical and developmental disabilities and sicknesses in the Fall of 2018. I now work as a substitute teacher in the flagstaff municipal school district and soon to be School district. I love working with people who have special needs because I feel more so then any other populations of people those who have special needs are true to themselves and others. No front is put up to try to be something that they are not. I have had some of the best times just hanging out and goofing off with teens and adults with special needs purely for this reason. There is a lot to be happy about even when things are not ideal and those with disabilities often appreciate this more then others. This is why I love this line of work.
