About Hunter

Hi there! I have a passion for working with children as well as a plethora of experience working with a variety of age groups and a diverse community of families; with a spectrum of needs and strengths. While I'm not as well versed in tutoring specifically, I did very well in school myself and pushed myself to take more difficult courses, and I have an extremely good sense of organizational skills as well as study skills. I've spent the past five years working as a caseworker for children's services, and before that I was the lead teacher in my own classroom at a daycare facility in Bowling Green OH for 3 years. I'm comfortable with children that are combative, struggle with learning disabilities and emotional needs, and I have training in allergies and how to administer EpiPens. I have also been trained in CPR as well as communicable diseases. I'm very outgoing, enthusiastic, and approachable. A fun fact about me is that my favorite animal is a Giraffe.
