Though Humphrey only cared for my dad for a short time (due to changes on my family's end), he was wonderful while he was with us! He is a kind and positive person, he was flexible whenever changes came up (even last minute ones), and he always came prepared with a new topic to engage my dad in conversation (my dad has mild dementia and this was really important to us). He was timely, a great communicator, reliable, and open to feedback, not to mention very thoughtful (Humphrey found out my dad is a big coffee lover and so he brought Kenyan coffee beans for my dad!). Any family would be lucky to have Humphrey in their corner.
