I had the pleasure of caring for an 82-year-old gentleman, Mr. Ivan, for three years -- part-time for the first two years and full-time during the last year. My responsibilities included light cleaning, meal preparation, assisting with dressing, driving to appointments, shopping, doing laundry, and administering daily medications. Mr. Ivan was a sweet and kind man, and it was truly a joy spending time with him. We enjoyed talking, taking walks outside, and going places together. My experience was very rewarding, and I take pride in providing attentive, compassionate care. I'm hoping to find another person I can build a good connection with -- someone I can help, keep safe, and ensure is well taken care of.
