I've been lucky to share my life with all kinds of pets, bouncy dogs who never run out of energy, sweet seniors who just want a cozy snuggle, curious kittens, and cats who rule the house in their own quiet way. I love figuring out what makes each animal happiest, whether that's a long walk, a game of chase, a comfy couch nap, or just sitting nearby so they feel safe. My first real experience with pets was with my roommate's cat, Minerva, and she quickly turned me into a cat person. Since then, I've cared for several cats and many dogs, and I've learned to appreciate the little quirks that make each one unique. Some want belly rubs, some want chin scratches, and some just want space. I pay attention to those details so pets feel loved and understood while their people are away. At the end of the day, I just really enjoy being around animals. They bring out the best in me, and I do my best to return the favor with care, attention, and plenty of affection.
