About Hope

I am a 26-year-old licensed pediatric occupational therapist who has babysat for a variety of families with children ages from 3 months old to 13 years old. In my recent history, I practice as a private pediatric occupational therapist and I was a nanny for a family for 3 years where I did school pick up, drove to after school activities (karate, gymnastics, soccer, etc.), helped with daily homework, aided in potty training, prepared fun activities, and cared for their house. I have spent the last 7 years volunteering in school-based occupational therapy, a pediatric outpatient clinic, Special Olympics, and a local family homeless shelter to develop a pediatric occupational therapy program. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have experience with children with ASD, ADHD, emotional dysfunction, Down Syndrome, and sensory processing disorder, among other things.
