My experiences in prior care roles solidified my desire to make a positive impact. I am patient, calm, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I communicate with families through written daily reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Understanding your loved one's preferences and history is important to me when building a connection. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with grace. I provide respite care, transportation, and assistance with errands. I am also experienced in home health, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and physical activity.
