About Hope

Hi there! I'm Hope, and childcare has been my passion for years. I spent four years as a lead teacher in a Montessori-influenced preschool program, guiding little ones through everything from potty training to their first words and first friendships. I currently work as a paraprofessional at an elementary school, so I have hands-on experience supporting kids across a range of ages, personalities, and learning styles. My approach blends structure with warmth -- I believe children thrive when they feel safe, respected, and given the freedom to explore at their own pace. Whether it's hands-on learning activities, imaginative play, help with routines, or just being a steady, patient presence, I tailor my care to what each child actually needs. I'm calm under pressure, genuinely love kids, and take real pride in helping them grow.
