Hope took care of our cat, Marco, for a 7-day trip. I was impressed by how well prepared she was during our screening call and meet-and-greet, asking great questions and following instructions carefully. Marco managed to flip the power strip for the pet feeder and water fountain in the middle of the night, which worried us. I planned to text Hope the next morning, but before I sent it, she showed up around 7:30 a.m. to fix everything because she had classes and wanted to ensure he had his wet food before noon. Things could have gone a lot worse if she hadn't been there! She even returned later to check on him. We wish her luck with her studies and would definitely hire her again if she's available.
