About Honor

I think it is important for children to have positive role models in their lives, and I want to be one for your children! I enjoy spending time with kids and listening to what they have to say. I also enjoy teaching them new things, and ensuring that they are being safe and having fun! I currently live in Brooklyn, NY. I have been a part time and full time babysitter for a 9-year-old boy and three girls ages 7-13. I picked them up from school, helped them with homework/studying, drove them to activities/lessons, played games with them, put them to bed, etc. I prepared meals, took them to the pool, activities, etc. I also have experience as a teacher's assistant for children ages 4-5, and assisted them in learning how to read, write, and recognize basic words, colors, and shapes. A little bit about me: I have a BA in English from Penn State University. I enjoy reading, arts & crafts, yoga, going to the beach and spending time with my friends, family, and my cat. :)
