I am an only child so animals & pets have been a part of my on my entire life. As a child, my mother had a 20 gallon saltwater fish tank. That was absolutely beautiful! I assisted my mother in caring for the fish and a fish tank. In addition, I've always grown up with cats and dogs. I'm a single mother with a son who is 16 years old. He is both excelling and performing beautifully for his second year participating in the dual credit program. With all of that, he still cares for a brand new puppy and a cat we have has sometime now. After 20 years in human resources, I am presently working on my alternative certification to be a teacher.
