I want to offer a fun, yet calm energy to your household while you are working! My main priority is making sure that the kids feel safe and happy, and providing the care they need throughout the day. I think that kids should have a fun summer break! But as a paraeducator, I also think it's very important that they stay refreshed with their grade level education. So when it comes to reading and solving problems... I'm all about it! I started working with kids as a elementary paraeducator for the school district and it was the best decision that I ever made. One thing you should know about me is it takes me a second to warm up, but connection is very important to me. I believe in validating emotions to understand reasoning behind actions but not letting them become an excuse, and I believe heavy in consequence over punishment. I will always respect the families way of parenting.
