About Holly

I began working with children 18 years ago as a babysitter for a family with 3 children, this lasted 5 years before I went to college and started teaching. During college I started working for a non-profit relief nursery called Family Building Blocks as a Teacher interventionist, working with both children and their families. I was a teacher for the organization for 7 years before being promoted to Classroom Supervisor. As a supervisor I oversaw the work of up to 8 classroom teachers. I was a supervisor for a little over a year before resigning from my position in March of last year to pursue other interests, baking. As a teacher, I worked with infants as young as 6 weeks to 5 years of age. In November of last year, my Husband was hired at so we relocated to the Seattle area. I have a huge passion and love for working with children, especially infants and toddlers. I now would love the opportunity to provide high quality, individual care for a local family.
