About Holly

I'm a former preschool teacher transitioning into senior care. For 18 years, I provided patient, attentive, hands-on support--building strong skills in empathy, communication, routine care, and remaining calm in medical or emotional situations. I am CPR and First Aid certified and have personally administered real-world CPR in an emergency. While I do not yet have professional senior care experience, I bring extensive personal caregiving and a genuine passion for this work. I cared for my grandfather during his battle with terminal cancer until his passing in 2008. I left my job for a year to move in and solely care for my terminally ill father, managing his daily needs, appointments, medications, and emotional support. My grandmother with dementia later moved into my home, and with my mother's help, we cared for her from 2018 until her death in 2022. These experiences deepened my resilience, compassion, and commitment to serving seniors with dignity and respect.
