About Holly

I adore and respect children and truly love helping to guide and encourage them to grow and thrive. I have worked as a babysitter and camp counselor for decades with children of all ages. I have also been a teacher and tutor for 1-year-olds to college students in several subjects including Spanish. I also very much enjoyed being a school librarian and children's library associate for over 7 years. My passion for the arts and sports has been strengthened by working with children in these settings for several years as well. For example, I have engaged with children as a gymnastics and dance coach. In addition, I enjoy musical theatre, yoga, basketball, and foreign language learning and aim to expose children to these activities. As a creative reading specialist, I successfully promote literacy skills while empowering children to improve their self-confidence. I am fully vaccinated and boosted for COVID-19 and am also First Aid and CPR/AED certified for adults, children, and infants.
