Unfortunately, Holly was not willing to comply with our work policies, even after we budged a little bit on them to suit her "needs." However, when working in the healthcare industry, it is not about the needs of the employee but rather, putting your client's well-being first and foremost. By Holly not abiding by our work policies, it would put me in potential danger and great risk. Therefore, we would not feel safe having her work here.
