About Holly

Empowering elementary students to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With three years of experience, I specialize in Math and English, focusing on building confidence rather than simple memorization. I assess your child's unique learning style through active observation and open communication, ensuring my methods align with their needs. When concepts feel difficult, I bridge the gap by connecting material to their personal interests and celebrating every small success. I believe clear, consistent communication with both you and your student is essential for building a collaborative and trusting environment. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work. I am happy to meet at a center, library, coffee shop, or online to help your student thrive. I look forward to supporting your child's academic journey and seeing them grow into a confident, enthusiastic learner.
