I actively listen and observe to understand each student's individual learning style. By connecting challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrating small successes, I keep students motivated and engaged. Communication is essential, and I provide regular updates to parents. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment is the most rewarding aspect of tutoring. I have a high school degree, and I'm comfortable tutoring English, Science, Test Preparation, Art, Musical Instruments, Special Education, and Study Skills at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.
