Unlocking a student's unique potential through personalized support is the foundation of my teaching approach. I focus on building confidence and fostering a genuine love for learning rather than simple memorization. By actively listening and observing how a student interacts with new material, I tailor my methods to fit their individual needs. I keep students engaged during challenging science lessons by celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement. I believe open communication is essential for understanding progress and setting clear expectations with both you and your child. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks is the most rewarding part of my work. I am happy to meet at a library or coffee shop for our sessions. Since I am comfortable with pets and have reliable transportation, I look forward to supporting your elementary student's academic journey.
