With three years of experience supporting elementary and middle school learners, I specialize in making math concepts accessible and engaging. I believe every student possesses unique potential, and I tailor my methods by actively listening and observing how they interact with new material. When a student faces a challenging topic, I keep them motivated by celebrating small successes and providing consistent positive reinforcement. I value open communication with both students and parents to ensure we stay aligned on progress and goals. My favorite part of this work is witnessing that transformative "aha!" moment when a concept finally clicks.
