Hiroko was hired to cook for my parents. She has taken great pride in cooking different types of Japanese food and beautifully arranging them in a bento box. She also takes into consideration the nutritional needs and the food consistency as my parents are in their 90s. She communicates well and treats my parents (both with dementia) with kindness and respect. She is also very generous, oftentimes bringing some of her own food to cook or providing samples to try. She has taken an activity off my caregiving list so I’m thankful for her culinary skills, kindness and positive personality.
