About Hillary

My name is Hillary, and I am a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant with five months of hands-on experience in senior care. I am also a nursing student as well. I have been working as a CNA since August and have developed strong skills in providing compassionate, reliable, and respectful care to residents with a wide range of needs. I have experience caring for residents with dementia as well as those in rehabilitation, and I understand how important patience, clear communication, and emotional support are in each situation. I take pride in building trust with residents, making them feel safe, comfortable, and valued. I am attentive to changes in behavior or condition and always strive to support both physical and emotional well-being. I am trained, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality care while maintaining dignity and respect for every resident. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where people feel heard and cared for.
