Hilda was amazing. She came into our home and was so great with our kids. We loved having her and she was incredibly supportive and efficient at everything she did. That being said, she left us without any word of leave. There was no text, call or conversation discussing that she would stop working with us. It was very unprofessional and extremely hard to be left without warning and no backup childcare.
