Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. With a college degree and two years of experience, I'm dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I provide respite care, hospice services, medical management, and mobility assistance. My approach is patient, compassionate, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history. I communicate with families through written daily reports, while always following their preferred method. I am also CPR and First Aid certified. Supporting families is important to me.
