Hershey truly was a Joy to work with and I would highly recommend her as a caregiver! She was kind, punctual, very responsive through text and phone calls and easy to work. Hershey followed all our directions in caring for my 92-year old mom who uses a walker and needs full assist with everything while we vacationed in Carmel. She stayed in contact with us before the vacation too which gave us reassurance that she would show up as detailed in our scheduled post on care.com. Care.com gave us the reassurance that she had passed a background check, was a legit hire and I could see other positive reviews too. We really enjoyed getting to know Hershey for our short time and my mom was very comfortable and well cared for in her care.
