About Henry

Hi all! I am a college graduate living in Charlottesville who loves to spend time with and care for animals. Regarding experience, I worked as a pet sitter for a couple of years (taking care of a German Shepard and a Chihuahua); my family owned two dogs for many years; and I interned at a wildlife rehabilitation facility for roughly a month. If anyone with a dog is in need of an extra hand to help with walking, feeding, transportation, cleaning, grooming, administering medications, or overnight sitting, I am happy to help. I am allergic to cats and bunnies, so dogs and other pets are preferred. Cheers! I'd describe my personality as introspective, curious, affable I like working with animals because I enjoy seeing animals and people benefit from the work I do. I'm looking for a job that is part-time, within a reasonable driving distance, and involves caring for people and animals. In my free time I write, read, exercise, play guitar, cook and hike.
