I have 21 years as a Healthcare provider 19 of which I practiced my trade in England. I have a Bachelor's degree in Public Health as well as a diploma in Healthcare Management coupled with traceable references in both England and USA. I have an experience working with various types of Dementia including Vascular, Frontotemporal, Lewy body and Alzheimer's. I have worked with Parkinson's, spinal injuries (C3/4) as well as general old age care in both live-in environment as well as in a Nursing homes (Facilities). I started caring for seniors when I was doing my studies in England. At first it was to make ends meet as a student but it later developed into a passion as well as vocation. The main thing that attracted me to dementia is when I realized that a family member that had long passed had suffered from dementia and at the time we had no clue what it was that she was ailing from.
