This care person is the most unprofessional care person we have ever worked with..... her interaction/care with mom was good.....The major issue was that she missed more days than she worked.... ( No call No show) is the norm... If you hire Ms Helu, you will spend the start of every day not know if she will actually show up. NOTE: we gave her 5 opportunities to change.
