Im also CPR and first aid certified and have great references from my jobs. I am an RBT (behavior technician for kids with autism) and currently looking to transition jobs from working on the center to be a nanny again.. If you have the opportunity to hire Heloisa, do it! My family was extremely happy with her services and could not recommend her enough. She helped on a short term basis with my 3 month old and 2.5 year old in between daycare enrollment. She was proactive with communication and genuinely cared about my children. She went above what I expected of her during the day which was truly appreciated for our busy lives! She also created scheduling tracking for us and provided recommendations based on her observations. My boys loved her and I ultimately felt incredibly comfortable leaving them in her care.
