I am a compassionate Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula with over 26 years of experience caring for infants from birth to one year. Supporting families during this special and often overwhelming time is truly my passion. I provide gentle, attentive care in all areas of newborn support, including diapering, bottle feeding, breastfeeding guidance, formula feeding, sleep training, and establishing healthy routines like dream feeds. My approach is centered on gentle parenting, creating a calm and nurturing environment where babies feel safe and loved. I enjoy engaging little ones through tummy time, age-appropriate activities, and play that encourages healthy development and early milestones. There is nothing more rewarding to me than walking alongside families, supporting mothers, and watching their babies grow, learn, and reach new milestones every day. I feel honored to be part of such an important journey in a family's life.
