About Helisa

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, calm, kind I like working with kids because they're adorable, fun, and creative I'm looking for a job that balances everyone's needs well. I want to develop a great relationship with the family and introduce familiarity and reliability. I started working with kids from other families when I was 15 years old. I babysat a neighbors child regularly as well as the children of one of my mother's coworkers. However, the true beginning of my work with kids was with my sister who was born when I was 12 years old. My parents worked long hours so my siblings and I, were responsible for a lot of her care. In my spare time, I like to read, workout, travel, shop, sing, hangout with friends, and watch movies. One thing you should know about me is, I can be very flexible given good communication. My skills include making sure children are playing safely, adjusting methods towards individual children, and following instructions from parents
