Helena was absolutely incredible! She was at my apartment for six hours and when I say she cleaned every and cranny of this apartment, I feel like that’s an understatement! She brought all her own cleaning supplies and only required the use of my vacuum. She was professional and my apartment has never looked better. I will definitely be using her on a regular basis and I cannot recommend her more. She was also extremely sweet and respectful of my husband and I working from home.

Extremely unprofessional experience. On the day she was scheduled to arrive, she claimed the number of hours booked wasn’t enough due to the distance. This is something she could’ve communicated well in advance, especially since she had my address for over a week. I even followed up a few days prior to confirm, and she still said nothing until the last minute. On top of that, she tried to upsell me on hiring a second cleaner for $160, which is not reflected on her profile. The whole situation felt misleading.

Helen works hard, honest with time, no idling . Cleaning is tough job , she’s thorough into details. This second time, she’s a little unwell so she brought her husband for assist , he’s nice , very helpful , Helen is lucky to have a good husband 

Helen did a very thorough clean for us. She got all the places my usual weekly cleaner skips, like under the rugs, under items in shelves and even the childproof locks on our stove! 

Helen did a beautiful job. She is incredibly hardworking and reliable. Excellent communication and the house is spotless. Very happy with the results.

Helen did a fantastic job cleaning our 2bd 2 bath apt. She left our bathrooms sparkling clean and was able to remove grime that had been building up in the kitchen wood cabinets without us noticing. She communicated promptly, arrived on time, and advised on best products to have for the next time. Highly recommended. 

Helen did a phenomenal job! She took on a big task cleaning our entire brownstone but took it on like a pro! It’s a lot of work for one person, with 3 bedrooms 2 and half bathrooms and multiple floors. She paid attention to detail and left the place sparkling. She followed all directions well!  I was a little worried at first because she doesn’t speak much English. I’ve had 2 bad experiences before with a language barrier, but she used a translation app well and we were able to communicate about everything! 

Helen was terrific and a huge help deep cleaning my new apartment. I explained my priorities and she understood what needed to be done without hardly any input. She took the initiative to organize things that were in disarray and transformed chaos into a clean and welcoming space. Can’t wait for her to come back!
