We hired Helen to assist with transportation to a medical appointment. She was responsive, stayed in touch, met my family before the appointment to make them comfortable, and followed up afterwards to check on their medications. Helen is friendly, funny, caring, easy to get along with, punctual.....but most of all we are comfortable with our family members being in her care.
