About Helen

Hello! My name is Helen, and I've been working in the school system since 2005 in a variety of roles, including teaching. Throughout my life, I've also cared for family members, and have come to appreciate how meaningful companionship, kindness, and a helping hand can be. I enjoy spending time with seniors, listening to their stories, sharing conversations, preparing meals, running errands, helping with light housekeeping, grocery shopping, and providing reliable transportation when needed. I believe everyone deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, patience, and compassion. After recovering from a broken ankle, I gained an even greater appreciation for how much small acts of kindness can mean. I'm reliable, compassionate, and have dependable transportation. I look forward to to helping make each day a little easier, brighter, and more enjoyable for the seniors and families. I have the privilege to serve.
