About Helen

Helen responded to my last‑minute Care.com posting on December 24 to care for my bedridden brother on December 25, and she was absolutely amazing. From the moment she arrived, she was professional, kind, and very attentive to his needs. She took excellent care of my brother, including giving him a bed bath, making sure he was comfortable, and monitoring how he was doing throughout the day. She also went above and beyond by cleaning my home, taking out all the garbage, and leaving everything neat and in order. Knowing Helen was there allowed me to relax at work because I knew everything that needed to be done was being handled. When I came home, my brother was happy and very pleased with the care he received. I am extremely impressed with Helen’s work ethic, reliability, and compassion. I would definitely hire her again without thinking twice and highly recommend her to any family needing a dedicated caregiver.
