About Helen

I enjoy working with seniors because everyone has lead an interesting life and I can learn a lot from their experiences and stories. I can get along with almost anyone. My sister has Parkinson's Disease and I have assisted her with her mobility issues as well as organizing the vast array of medications she takes on a daily basis. Sometimes I am her "hands" and assist with typing or other fiddly tasks. We get through it by maintaining a sense of humor! My background has been mostly working in offices and I can assist with some computer tasks if desired. I enjoy cooking and can prepare many types of food or special diets as needed. I am happy to go for walks, play cards, read aloud, help with gardening, or participate in other ways to keep my client happy and engaged. I am not "addicted" to my phone! I love animals and will care for your pets as if they were mine. I look forward to meeting you.
